Position Details: Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist Location: Basra, Iraq Industry: Medical Devices Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key decision-makers. - Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and training to clients. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. - Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and product workshops. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medical Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the medical devices sector. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset. - Excellent time-management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in English and MS Office applications. - Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
